    HYUNDAI開始讓豐田覺得芒刺在背?

HYUNDAI在全球汽車市場優異的表現,以及無窮地成長潛力,其實不僅其他品牌都相當驚訝,在全球車壇,更有著新八卦傳出….


豐田超越通用,成為全球第一大,已經確定成為2006年的預定戲碼,不過許多車壇觀察家認為,豐田要小心的,其實不是通用或福特,而是HYUNDAI!

豐田在全球車壇近幾年的成就有目共睹,而總裁張富士夫的雄心壯志,也幾乎讓通用馬上就要將全球第一拱手讓人,但是車壇觀察家們認為,若以成長速度看來,HYUNDAI進步的速度,遠超過昔日的日本車廠!

不高談闊論什麼經營哲學,就以產品計畫來看,HYUNDAI主要針對全球最大單一市場北美來看,新一代的Accent,不但瞄準首度進軍北美的豐田Yaris車系,而新導入的Santa Fe七人座家用越野SUV車款,也等於瞄準了豐田已屆改款的Highlander,甚至新推出的升級版RAV4,這兩大市場依舊是北美成長幅度相當大的市場級距!

另外,全新的房車旗艦Azera,更將競爭對手直指在北美已經擁有優異口碑的豐田新一代Avalon,無論是產品格局還是售價,入門款的 Azera只要二萬多美元,但是豐田Avalon頂級款卻接近四萬美元,在油價因素與用車支出逐漸降低的前提下,許多消費者已經不再堅持昔日的日系車款,而是轉購物美價廉,而且售後服務更貼心的HYUNDAI Azera,車壇觀察家更認為,目前HYUNDAI的一舉一動,根本就是將矛頭直指豐田,這項優勢,就連許多北美豐田的高階主管也都看在眼裡…
