瞄準Yaris、Versa！HYUNDAI Accent三門芝加哥正式登場..

去年SEMA北美改裝車展首度以概念車款出現的美規HYUNDAI Accent三門車款，日前於芝加哥北美國際車展中正式發售！
這款全新的三門掀背車款，被認為是HYUNDAI向日本車廠開砲的主角，北美車壇一致認為以Accent掀背車的產品條件，相當可能影響到潛在對手TOYOTA Yaris與NISSAN Versa（Tiida美規版），而且在本屆芝加哥北美國際車展中，HYUNDAI同時發表了GS與SE兩種不同配備等級的車款，以提供預算不同的消費者選購。
基本款的Accent GS三門掀背車款，在美國境內的建議售價由11495美元起跳，而較高級的SE車款，亦由1.5萬美元以下起跳，增添更多個性化配件與車身空力套件，以訴求追求個性運動風格的北美年輕買家。
其中，高檔配置的SE車款，還多出了包括真皮方向盤與排檔頭、內裝金屬飾件，還有運動化調校的懸吊系統，提供更為優異的操控樂趣與動態表現，另外還有與車身同色的車外後視鏡與車門把手等，而且還配置了總和功率220瓦的頂級汽車音響與電動天窗，在配備方面顯然要讓對手的C/P值相形見拙。
無論是GS或是SE版本，HYUNDAI Accent三門掀背車款，均配置一具排氣量1.6升的直列四缸引擎，提供約110hp/6000rpm的最大馬力，以及達到14.6kgm/4500rpm的峰值扭力，HYUNDAI原廠強調這樣的動力表現，也在同價位的汽車中拔得頭籌。
不過說實在的，起價僅有不到1.2萬美元的GS入門車款，配備等級其實也不差，至少還擁有可調整的方向機柱（動力輔助方向盤），以及八向調整駕駛座椅等等。
