    HYUNDAI祭出5.1%調薪協議對應罷工動作!

在全球原物料一片漲聲中,所有消費者皆感受到了經濟上前所未有的壓力,也因此使得「萬物皆漲,唯獨薪水沒漲」的念頭更加高漲!使得全球各地罷工要求加薪的消息也不斷傳出;汽車產業中最受關注的莫過於式先前引爆的HYUNDAI罷工風潮。

在先前AutoNet的報導中,讀者了解到HYUNDAI集團員工因為要求薪資上漲9.1%,所以展開罷工行動,原本預估四天的罷工行動卻延長至一個月,使得HYUNDAI產量至今減少了91647輛,虧損的金額更高達1.33億美元。

而為了停止這嚴重影響,HYUNDAI集團已與員工達成初步協議,以結束持續一個月的罷工動作;協議中同意5.1%幅度的加薪,雖然無法比照先前要求的9.1%,但罷工員工顯然已感受到HYUNDAI的誠意。

不過此協議仍尚待工會投票表決是否接受,如果還是不滿意,想必罷工動作將會持續下去…
