北美HYUNDAI與美軍簽署協議，提供役滿歸國的美軍官兵優先面試機會，未來這些歸國的戰士們將可望加入HYUNDAI旗下位於北美737間經銷商，從事汽車技工等相關工作。
這項HYUNDAI與美軍稱為「成功青年」的合作計畫，實為政府與企業為退役軍人而準備的輔助計畫之一，長年駐紮在世界各地的海外美軍大多來自於美國各地較低階層的社區，由於周遭並無理想的工作可循，因此從軍便成為許多青年男女見識海外生活，或是尋求更好出路的唯一選項，然而這些人在役期結束後，若沒有適當輔導或安排，也徒然增加美國本土過剩的無業人口。
HYUNDAI是首家與美軍合作相關議題的汽車業者，估計北美HYUNDAI旗下737家經銷商，將提供約37,000份工作缺額給這些飽受風霜的退役美軍，因為依照HYUNDAI的計畫，希望能以每年50家經銷商的數字逐年增加，相對的每年將有500到1,000個汽車技師的缺額需要補足，而這項「成功青年」計畫將有效的達成雙方利益。
