超越101！HYUNDAI要興建屬於自己的摩天大樓！

漢城傳來驚人消息，HYUNDAI與KIA的母公司韓國現代汽車集團，竟然計畫在紐約興建一座110層樓，屬於現代汽車的主題摩天大樓！
這項計畫可把前陣子在紐約市設立，佔地6,400平方公尺的AUDI品牌體驗中心給踢到一邊去。現代汽車集團表示，這棟計畫中的大樓預定將會包括集團的總部辦公室、大型會議中心、一座汽車博物館、嶄新的研究發展中心、以及一部份的旅館設施與基礎辦公室，屆時將不只成為現代工業重要的產業中心，同時也將會是地表上著名建築地標之一。
然而這項計畫很明顯的仍然有許多問題有待觀察與解決，像是州政府是否真的會核發這棟建築的執照？畢竟興建高樓多少是件敏感的問題，以及HYUNDAI總裁鄭夢九仍然因為盜用公款及賄賂等罪嫌官司纏身，而這項罪名的原因就是為了在漢城興建一座研發中心，而爆出了總裁涉嫌透過掮客挪用公司基金賄賂政府官員的醜聞。
同時KIA與HYUNDAI才在上星期修正了2006年的總預估銷售量，雖然這兩個品牌今年比起2005年的總銷售量提昇了9％，預計可達到385萬輛的總銷售量，不過仍然比他們在年初預測的總銷售量少了6％。零零總總這些問題不僅讓現代汽車集團頗為頭痛，也同時讓這個剛曝光的高樓計畫感覺起來…不光是時間點不對，更顯得有點荒謬。
