在雙卡效應及高油價的衝擊下，以及加上雙鬼月效應；車市銷售表現未如預期，簡直可以說是冷到谷底；但是雖說如此，車屆的年度盛事~年度新車大展仍舊是車廠大大表現，消費群眾引頸期盼的年度大事。

今年，在冷冷的車市狀況下，為讓車市能夠再度的熱絡，國內各車廠無不摩拳擦掌，將在工商時報所舉辦的「2007國際新車大展」中，把車廠的熱銷機種再一次的呈現給消費大眾，讓消費大眾再一次近身的體驗國內車廠各熱門機種的迷人風采。

新世紀的來臨，民眾生活型態大幅轉變，追求優質、均衡生活品味、休閒風潮日益興盛；如此的理念，正是符合現代汽車的車輛哲學，因此，為讓消費大眾能夠充份的體驗於其中，本次現代汽車參加2007年國際新車大展所展出的車輛有目前火紅的Tucson VGTurbo柴油休旅車、品味座駕的Sonata VGTurbo柴油房車、適合全家歡樂的七人座Tarjet CRDi柴油休旅車、追求歡樂生活的Matrix轎旅車以及符合購車經濟哲學的熱情時尚小車Getz..等；同時為了服務廣大支持現代汽車的普羅大眾，現代汽車除了參加台北的2007年國際新車大展外，同時也參加了台中2007年國際新車大展，一起滿足中台灣的消費大眾。

台中展出日期及地點：
日期：2006年12月29日(星期五)至2007年元月07日(星期日)上午10時至下午6時
地點：台中市七期重劃區臨時展覽館（市政北二路與河南路口、老虎城旁）

雖然今年的車市如此的冷清，但是在各車商及車展主辦單位的協力合辦下，將會為冷冷的車市帶來滿滿的暖意；對於各家車廠的熱銷機種有高度興趣的消費大眾，2007年台北暨台中國際新車大展，將會是一個絕佳的去處，屆時別忘了一起為車市加油。
