2009首爾車展搶先報：鋰電池將走入市場！HYUNDAI BLUE-WILL環保概念車首演

HYUNDAI BLUE-WILL環保概念車，車頂佈滿太陽能電池板。

在即將於今年四月初舉辦的2009韓國首爾車展上，HYUNDAI身為地主汽車品牌之一，準備在此車展上推出全新環保概念車BLUE-WILL，準備透過鋰離子電池組、具備缸內直噴技術的1.6升汽油引擎與太陽能電池板，展現HYUNDAI引以為傲的汽車科技，亦同時擘畫更為節能環保的未來願景。等不及2009首爾車展開幕，HYUNDAI已迫不及待率先公布環保概念車BLUE-WILL的車頭、車尾與車頂俯視照片，BLUE-WILL除了具備極為流線動感的車身曲線之外，更是一款不折不扣的Plug-in Hybrid插電式油電複合動力車，車頂更是佈滿了太陽能電池板，一但有陽光出現，便準備著將能源吸收，供給BLUE-WILL使用。

HYUNDAI BLUE-WILL就是重環保
環保概念車BLUE-WILL連打造車體的材質也很環保，以燈殼為例，是由可回收再利用的PET(常見的塑膠飲料罐材質)回收製成，車室中也大量使用PLA植物塑料(可透過玉米提煉製成)，至於引擎蓋則是採用PA11強化尼龍材質(耐用不易腐蝕，可用於軍事用途)打造，不論是PET、PLA或PA11皆是由植物萃取物提煉製成，而不是由石化燃料或生物可分解物製成，環保意味濃厚。
BLUE-WILL動力源自全鋁合金1.6升缸內直噴汽油引擎，透過可變汽門揚程技術與可輸出最大功率100kW的電動馬達加持，串連成HYUNDAI即將發表的Hybrid油電複合動力系統。此外，鋰離子電池組被HYUNDAI原廠工程師整齊地設計放在接近油箱位置的後排座椅下方，讓車室空間不會受到影響。BLUE-WILL細節與規格將於2009首爾車展公布。
值得驕傲的是HYUNDAI將成為全球第一個，推出使用鋰離子電池組市售車的汽車品牌，首輛代表作將會是將於今年七月在韓國上市的HYUNDAI Elantra LPI Hybrid。
