    變速系統軍備競賽再起,HYUNDAI宣布將開發全新十速自排變速箱

先前AutoNet汽車日報曾報導過,來自德國的變速箱、傳動系統大廠ZF(ZF Friedrichshafen AG),於今年6月時發表代號為9HP的全新九速自排變速箱,即已引起車壇一片譁然,畢竟汽車自排變速箱也才進入八速世代沒多久,叫目前還在用四速自排的車款情何以堪!不過來自韓國的HYUNDAI集團也不甘示弱,近來便宣布將開始進行新世代十速自排變速箱的開發計畫。

HYUNDAI目前已為旗下豪華車系Genesis導入稱為SHIFTRONIC的八速手自排變速箱。
事實上,HYUNDAI目前已跟隨BMW、CHRYSLER等車廠的腳步,為旗下豪華車系Genesis導入稱為SHIFTRONIC的八速手自排變速箱,提供了更為優異的燃油效率與動力銜接感受。不過在ZF發表9HP九速自排變速箱之後,也讓各車廠間的變速箱檔位軍備競賽再度點燃,HYUNDAI集團便開始計畫於2014年推出檔位更增的十速自排變速箱,預計將提供給Genesis車系與旗艦Equus車系,除了多出一檔的表面意義下,也有著因應美國市場更為嚴苛的CAFE新油耗法規與環保排放法規的意義存在。

另一方面,近年來成長迅速、目前已穩居全球前五大汽車集團的HYUNDAI集團,旗下HYUNDAI與KIA兩品牌於2010年總計銷售約575萬輛新車,而無意外的話將會在2011年突破600萬、達到於年初訂下的633萬輛目標;不過有鑒於之前TOYOTA集團由於銷售量成長過速、造成品管出現問題的情況,HYUNDAI集團也決定將年度總銷售量至多控制在每年670萬輛,以維持新車品質與創建40多年來好不容易建立起的口碑。

HYUNDAI新世代十速自排變速箱將率先搭載於旗艦車系Equus。
