HYUNDAI N Performance性能子牌準備出征！i30 N偽裝車紐柏林賽道遭逮

HYUNDAI在穩固全球前五大汽車集團之後，在營運策略上也出現了新的想法，不只在2013年推出第二代豪華旗艦Genesis，展現力拼高級車市場的決心，在性能方面自然也想有一番作為，因此在2013年藉由發表i20 WRC廠車時順勢宣布了性能化品牌N Performance。
終於在歷經漫長等待之後，首部曲i30在德國紐柏林賽道測試時被外媒捕捉，有別於一般i30家庭式的掀背樣貌，這輛由N Performance打造的i30外觀就有著更為侵略性的空力套件加持，車高看來也更更加低趴許多。
動力方面雖然至今仍是個謎，但外媒指出極有可能就以小鋼炮Veloster Turbo所使用的1.6L GDi缸內直噴引擎（186hp/27.0kgm）為基礎，但畢竟是由原廠WRC賽事部門調校，動力輸出勢必會更加暴力；而端看目前市場，假設i30 N（暫定）能夠順利量產，對手肯定就是VW Golf R、FORD Focus RS等。
為了打入改裝車市場，許多大眾品牌也著手規劃性能子牌拉抬自家的性能形象，包含TOYOTA TRD、HONDA MUGEN、NISSAN NISMO等因此應運而生，讓平價車款也能滿足車主改裝的熱血，而HYUNDAI N Performance或許也將在性能市場闖出一片天。
