美國顧客滿意度調查排名:LINCOLN、HONDA、BMW喜獲前三

一般民眾買車往往都是要做為長期使用的代步工具,因此買一輛真心喜歡且受良好售後服務的車款就顯得相當重要。美國消費者滿意度調查索引(ACSI)多年來統計24間車廠的消費者滿意度並給予排名,不僅敦促車廠提供更專業、完善的服務,也讓新車買家能有個參考數據。
今年的排名結果於日前公布。相較於去年的滿意調查,今年的消費者滿意度整體上來說提昇了3.8%,是過去連續三年下跌後首次向上爬升。值得一提的是,24家ACSI追蹤調查的車廠中,有16家在今年的滿意度有所進步,僅有5間車廠的滿意度是下滑的。
雖然該調查僅針對美國市場,然而ASCI發現,不論是美國或歐亞車廠,滿意度並未因地區而有明顯差異。多數受測者對於車款性能、妥善率及外觀造型上給了尤其正面的評價;然而,統計結果顯示民眾對於油耗和售後保固的滿意度仍有偏低的現象。
