    用量產規格參賽!HYUNDAI i30 N 強調紐柏林賽道血統

HYUNDAI 傾力打造的全新性能子品牌 - N,眾所皆知首款作品就是在紐柏林賽道密集測試中 i30 N 車型。最近原廠宣布將在年底量產前,以密集參與賽事的方式打響名號,繼 4 月初的 VLN 耐久賽後,緊接著也是選在誕生之地紐柏林賽道,準備五月底派出兩輛比賽車參與今年 ADAC Zurich 24H-Rennen 耐久賽。

為了顯示 i30 N 的優異體質與特長,HYUNDAI 以最小幅度的改裝,盡量貼近 i30 N 的量產規格參賽。這不僅與其它重度改裝的競爭者拉開程度上的差距,也證實了紐柏林賽道做為 i30 N 的誕生地,這款性能之作的血液中就流淌著賽道的基因,同時兼顧了優異可靠度和耐用表現。

參賽的 i30 N 將配備與量產版本相同動力系統,原廠工程師將直接透過收集賽道上的數據回饋,針對細節加以完善,並嘗試完全開發其潛在性能。根據目前設定,HYUNDAI i30 N 將搭載 2.0 升渦輪增壓引擎,預計能搾出 259 匹以上馬力,並鎖定最高時速達 250km/h。i30 N 發售之初將僅提供手排變速箱版本,自排版則預計在 2018 年推出。屆時還將配有電子限滑差速器對應其強大動力,此外更高的制動規格及重新設計的排氣管也將符合其性能水準。

在前 BMW M Power 部門總工程師 Albert Biermann 親手打造下,HYUNDAI i30 N 將以 FORD Focus ST 和 VW Golf GTI 兩輛性能鋼砲為目標對手,先前在接受《Autocar》的專訪中,還預告將以 30,000 歐元,也就是新台幣百萬以下的實惠定價打入消費者的選購清單。
