韓系三品牌擠進美國JD Power新車品質滿意度調查排名前3大

先不論韓系品牌在台灣市場被認同度如何，它們在歐美市場可是情勢大好，旦消費者滿意度節節攀升。在最新出爐的美國JD Power消費者滿意度調查結果，讓人頗為驚訝，現代汽車（HYUNDAI）的豪華副牌GENESIS，成為JD Power 201新車品質的榜首，接下來第二三名分別是KIA和現代。這也是南韓三大汽車品牌首包辦此調查的前三名。
GENESIS在調查中每100台車的問題點只有68，直接躍升第一名，而KIA是連續四年進榜，而去年還曾是榜上第一名，今年被自家的Genesis擠到第二，每百台車問題點只有72；而現代汽車排名第3，和2017年的74，分數上升14分。
韓國品牌三重奏擠下了長期名列前茅的日系品牌TOYOTA和HONDA，今年這兩大品牌新車排名，跌落在整個業界平均值之下。兩家日系品牌過去一直保有顧客高滿意度，不過其他品牌迎頭趕上，像是底特律的美系三大品牌，使得這兩品牌的2018排名下滑。
GENESTSI豪華品牌旗下其實只有兩款車，包括G80和G90，它們的產品定位和訴求對象很明確，而且它們提供給消費者很直接的產品品質。尤其是G80今年做了改款，根據JD Power的分析，這台車是讓Genesis推升到第一的最大功臣。
J.D. Power的市場調查反應了每一百台車車主使用車子超過90天以上的使用心得。除了現代集團三強，其他品牌表現如下：
保時捷每百台車有79個問題點，保時捷911是有車款中分數最強的，每百台車僅48 個問題點，是所有乘用車與輕型貨卡車之最優的。
福特品牌排名擠進5大每百台車問題點81，比去年進步5點，接下來排名品牌分別是雪佛蘭（CHECROLET）林肯（ LINCOLN）凌志（LEXUS）和RAM和NISSAN。
