明年底納為所有？再次傳出HYUNDAI有意收購FCA集團

全球前五大車廠HYUNDAI在去年曾傳出要收購FCA集團股票，前些日子也傳出HYUNDAI集團首席執行官鄭夢九發起收購邀約，預計明年底前收購該集團，但就在最近，該車廠HYUNDAI表示這些消息都是毫無根據。
FCA集團不斷傳出將被收購的消息，也許是受到中國品牌的影響，目前FCA集團旗下品牌有FIAT、LANCIA、ALFA ROMEO、MASERATI、FERRARI、CHRYSLER和JEEP等品牌，現在傳出這樣的謠傳，HYUNDAI集團首席執行官鄭夢九正密切關心FCA的股票行情，也傳出該集團打算在FCA集團首席執行官Sergio Marchionne下台前發起收購。
去年兩間車廠也一起發表聲明否定合併的消息，但後續卻表示會在變速箱和氫氣技術上是可能有技術合作的空間，假設，兩間車廠真的合併，新的公司將會成為世界第一大車廠，預估每年的全球交車輛會達到115萬輛。
會出現這樣的傳言也不是沒有原因，在首席執行官Sergio Marchionne下台後，FCA集團管理層將會出現空窗期，集團董事長兼大股東John Philip Jacob Elkann對經營公司缺乏興趣，因此，預測他將公司合併的可能性極高，另外，兩家車廠雖然是不同國家的品牌，但FCA集團對於亞洲地區的業務基礎相較HYUNDAI較為薄弱，如果FCA集團真的想要在亞洲深根，跟HYUNDAI合作也許會是一個不錯的選擇。
