    燃油效率、駕馭樂趣與反應皆獲提升,HYUNDAI推出全新主動換檔控制技術

HYUNDAI近年來在汽車工業方面,追趕歐美日列強的速度可說是越來越快,繼日前發表CVVD連續可變氣門延續技術之後,近日再度推出全球首創的ASC主動換檔控制技術(Active Shift Control),透過該技術來提高Hybrid油電混合動力車款的變速箱反應速度,藉此提升燃油經濟表現。而這項技術也將率先採用在全新世代的Sonata上,未來也將陸續導入HYUNDAI、KIA兩個品牌的車款當中。

ASC主動換檔控制技術將全新的邏輯控制軟體寫入混合動力控制元件當中,透過安裝在內部的感測器來對變速箱進行監測,原廠宣稱1秒鐘內,該技術能夠對變速箱進行500次的轉速監測,透過精確調整變速箱轉速,幫助車輛更快速且順暢的完成換檔動作。ASC主動換檔控制技術將能把換檔時間最多降低30%,從500毫秒降低到350毫秒。

事實上,多數採用多段變速箱的Hybrid油電混合動力車款,都不會配置多數自排變速箱會採用的扭力轉換器,所以部分油電混合動力車款常常會給人換檔速度慢、加速表現不夠及時同時換檔震動也較為明顯的感受,這連帶也影響了車輛的駕馭樂趣。而ASC主動換檔控制技術將能夠把這些問題徹底解決,不僅可提升車輛的加速性能與油耗表現,還可最大幅到減少換檔時不可避免的摩擦,提高變速箱的耐用性。

目前HYUNDAI集團已在歐盟、中國等主要國家和地區完成了20多項針對ASC技術相關專利的註冊,其中涵蓋了在美國的6項專利。
