根據全球著名汽車調查單位Strategic Vision（策略視野）10月6日所公佈的「2004年汽車客戶滿意度」報告顯示，HYUNDAI品牌在北美市場的客戶滿意度，以766分的總得分數獲得亞軍，僅次於LEXUS凌志，並且成為大眾汽車品牌的第一名，而其下的Elantra、XG與Santa Fe，也分別在不同市場級距獲得客戶滿意度的冠軍，被譽為「最有價值」並且「最值得推薦」的車款！這可以說是繼今年五月份Strategic Vision（策略視野）與J.D.Power公佈調查，現代汽車品牌滿意度大為提升。

另外；日前韓國現代汽車也舉行慶祝第一千萬輛汽車外銷的下線裝船儀式，這第一千萬輛外銷的車款，便是即將在明年第一季由三陽工業計畫導入國產化的HYUNDAI Tucson越野休旅車款，這輛白色的Tucson將裝船運往北美市場銷售，由於先前Santa Fe在當地已經獲得相當高的評價與肯定，這輛被喻為是CRV殺手的韓系SUV，預料將再度成為北美SUV市場與台灣國內市場的大熱門！
