    HYUNDAI準備開始大玩電池!

近幾年來展現驚人發展能量的韓國HYUNDAI車廠,短短數十年的時間已躍居全球第六大汽車集團,會有此成績,除了新車研發速度迅速以外,科技的發展也同樣不落人後,以未來趨勢的替代能源為例,HYUNDAI可是也相當積極!

HYUNDAI目前替代能源的研發重點為燃料電池科技,雖然投入時間只有短短的八年,但由於投入的資金與人力皆相當可觀,因此八年中燃料電池的輸出功率已從最早的3hp進步到目前的134hp,而在今年4月期間的韓國首爾車展中HYUNDAI藉由著旗下Crossover車款Tucson,搭載新研發的燃料電池科技,後雙車輪上配置燃料電池驅動馬達,可輸出27hp馬力,以10,000psi壓力儲存氫氣,並可行駛375英哩。

不過Tucson燃料電池車款目前只是初步階段,從電池傳輸至車輪上的傳輸功率僅有48%,HYUNDAI希望將此比率提昇至60%,且還可以在華氏22度的溫度中正常工作;不僅如此,HYUNDAI更希望在2010年之前可達到一萬輛的年產量表現,而2015年之前更可導入大量生產。
