    HYUNDAI現代卡車半自動駕駛路試成功!

根據最新外電消息顯示,以HYUNDAI Xcient打造的40噸半自動駕駛車隊,日前在韓國當地進行的實地測試已經完成,屬於Level 3等級的自動駕駛卡車車隊,日前在40km總成的高速公路路段試駕成功,其間更實現了包括穿越隧道與自動變換車道等等,每輛卡車上都有一位監督者,而HYUNDAI商用車表示,雖然測試成功,但距離全面商業化還需要一段時間,此外也有待包括韓國當地與海外市場的自動駕駛相關規範出爐才行。


HYUNDAI集團旗下的HYUNDAI MOBIS目前已經研發出Level 1與Level 2等自動駕駛技術,前者HDA1技術可讓車隊保持在同一車道,且預防司機打瞌睡或注意力不集中,而HDA2技術則可在司機開啟方向燈準備變換車道時,由自動駕駛技術進出高速公路交流道,HYUNDAI集團預計HDA2將可於2019年投入商業應用。

不過前述二大技術目前依舊存在問題,也僅是用於無急轉彎與無交叉路口的非都會路段,HYUNDAI MOBIS希望能在2025年後,研發出更先進的Level 4自動駕駛技術(HDA4),以符合都會區行車需求。

HYUNDAI集團也進一步投入更多資金與心力,日前更宣布投資714萬美元給一家人工智慧傳感器新創公司StradVision,雙方將針對圖像識別技術等關鍵部分進行戰略合作。
