HYUNDAI-KIA中國車輛用戶滿意度名列前茅！

根據中國質量協會等機構組織，日期所公布針對中國市場2009轎車用戶滿意度調查最新一度研究報告顯示，韓國最大汽車集團 HYUNDAI-KIA在當地各大乘用車級距中表現十分優異！
這份中國乘用車用戶滿意度調查資料，主要針對中國市場共七大區域、28座城市共26的汽車品牌的車主進行訪談與相關調查，共覆蓋至少75個車系，調查各項指標包括總體滿意度，設計、性能與動態評價、可靠性評價、售後服務評價等四大領域，通過對交車後2-6個月、12-18個月的用戶進行訪問、面談，評測用戶對產品的滿意度和對售後服務的滿意度。
其中，這項報告結果顯示，在售價介於10-15萬人民幣中型房車、5-10萬人民幣中小型直車、運動休旅車，以及新上市車款等四個不同組別中，北京現代伊蘭特悅動（HYUNDAI Elantra HDC）、東風悅達起亞賽拉圖（KIA Cerato）、北京現代途勝（HYUNDAI Tucson）、東風悅達起亞福瑞迪（KIA Forte）等車系，分別獲得其個別級距的最高分滿意度評價。
此外，這項調查顯示，中國汽車市場車輛用戶滿意度主要提升的因素，是因為消費者對於車輛感受能力大幅提昇，其中對於汽車可靠性、性能與設計質量與售後服務品質，擁有更為清楚的概念，也更能夠評價個別表現的優劣程度。
