Euro NCAP近日宣佈最新2010年式歐規新車之安全測試結果，包括CITROEN C4、HONDA CR-Z、HYUNDAI ix35與SUZUKI Swift均獲得五顆星最高安全評價。

車尾撞擊頸椎防護測試

隨著Euro NCAP對車輛安全標準日益嚴苛，車廠也對於所推出之車款安全極為重視，同時視為車款開發之一大挑戰。以CR-Z為例，更是一款獲得最高安全評價的複合動力車款，此次受測車款僅有C4將ESC車輛電子穩定控制系統列為選配，其它均為標準配備。
Euro NCAP更進一步表示，不管是汽油、柴油或者是複合動力車款，在車輛安全的要求標準上都是一致的，預計也將在2011年起會開始有電動車的車輛安全測試結果出爐。
放眼即將開幕的2010年巴黎車展，Euro NCAP也將提供全新的新車安全手冊，告知消費者新的車輛安全設計與技術，對於增進車輛安全有何幫助。
