    HYUNDAI品質再獲肯定,在美品牌忠誠度勇奪第一名

在產業界具有相當公信力的J.D. Power每年均會針對車主品牌忠誠度進行評鑑,而在最新出爐的2012年度報告中,全球第四大的HYUNDAI脫穎而出,以客戶再購率達64%,勇奪得最高車主品牌忠誠度的獎項。

2011年度J.D.Power客戶再購率(品牌忠誠度)第一名

根據J.D. Power的報告顯示,2012年度的抽樣來自美國117,001個新車或租賃車車主,其中有些車主是首次換購新車。在全球各知名汽車品牌受調中,挾著全新一代Sonata與Elantra上市的聲勢,HYUNDAI汽車在客戶選購新車時的再次購買意願,較2010年時向上再提升四個百分點,達成再購率 64% 奪得最高車主品牌忠誠度的獎項。至於排名居次的是為過往的常勝軍FORD及HONDA,均獲得60%的車主支持,其後則是BMW及KIA以59%緊追其後,後面則分別為TOYOTA(58%)、CHEVROLET(57%)、M-BENZ(57%)、LEXUS(54%)、CADILLAC(52%)等品牌。

HYUNDAI不斷精進的設計品質,令人信任

「HYUNDAI汽車客戶再次購買意願的快速成長,主要源自於多樣化產品、多年來不斷精進的設計與消費者對品牌品質的信任」,「車廠還必須時時確保消費者對於使用車輛的品質、日常用車成本、中古車殘值感到滿意」 ─ J.D. Power車輛產品研究總監 Raffi Festekjian如此的說著。HYUNDAI汽車能以提升4%高於市場整體忠誠度較前次微升的1%,並超越TOYOTA、HONDA、FORD等品牌,全球第四大的HYUNDAI的確是不容小覷。
