JEEP Grand Cherokee

最近韓國最大汽車廠HYUNDAI自動車動作頻頻，不但已經成為不爭的事實，而且旗下的汽車零組件生產業者HYUNDAI MOBIS更增持母公司股份，這也代表整車廠與零組件廠之間的互動與投資將更為密切，這也將成為整個大HYUNDAI集團將來重要的發展方向之一。

DODGE Durango

根據最新外電消息指出，日前HYUNDAI MOBIS正式宣佈，該公司正式獲得剛剛由破產重整階段走出的CHRYSLER Group的委託，這一筆總額達到20億美元的訂單，接受委託製造2010年將開始生產的運動休旅車JEEP Grand Cherokee與DODGE Durango等車款的底盤結構。

受到這項代工消息傳出的利多，HYUNDAI MOBIS在消息公布後第一個交易日，股價馬上比前一日上漲7％的幅度。

位於美國CHRSLER Group生產JEEP Grand Cherokee與DODGE Durango等運動休旅車底盤附近的HYUNDAI MOBIS零組件工廠，將成為未來代工生產前述二款運動休旅車底盤等相關零組件的生產地。

這也將成為CHRYSLER Group受到義大利FIAT集團入股，並且結束破產重整階段之後，首度與FIAT以及CHRYSLER Group以外集團旗下的零組件業者達成交易，不久前CHRYSLER Group在宣布破產前，才與日本NISSAN自動車宣布將中止墨西哥廠代工製造以NISSAN Versa（美規Tiida）掛上DODGE品牌進軍拉丁美洲汽車市場的計畫。
