每一年，美國最具二手車評鑑權威的公司 ALG (Automotive Lease Guide)，都會針對全美的各品牌已售車款進行「最保值車款排名」的專業評鑑。HYUNDAI在今年ALG (Automotive Lease Guide)所頒布的「2013年最保值車款獎(2013 Residual Value Award)」中，首次有三台車同時得到最保值優良車種，並且HYUNDAI在整體品牌價值部分則躍升至第二名。
現代汽車在這次「2013年最保值車款獎」裡 ，分別由Avante(New Elantra)得到中型房車(Mid-compact)，Grandeur (Azera)得到大型車(Fullsize Car)，Santa Fe(Santa Fe sport)得到中型SUV(Midsize Utility Vehicle)的大獎。其中，在LA車展裡首次登台的新型Grandeur (Azera)在美國上市才一年，便在大型車級距就超越連續四年得到第一名的Nissan Maxima。而今年四月首次在美國市場亮相的Santa Fe(Santa Fe Sport)，上市第一年就超越在中型SUV車款連續三年第一的SUBARU OUTBACK。
HYUNDAI表示更難能可貴的是Avante(New Elantra)在中型房車級距超越Honda Civic、VW Golf、Toyota Collora等16個競爭車種，自2010年以來連續三年榮獲「最保值車款獎」。在美國競爭最激烈的中型房車市場，連續三年得到最優秀獎是非常驚人的成果。
美國消費者在購車時會參考的指標性讀物「殘存價值指引(Residual Value)」會在一定的時間內，針對新車使用後，評估車輛價值，透過綜合品質、商品性、品牌認知度、銷售策略等進行評估，一般針對約使用三年的車。
ALG公司總經理拉里多•米尼克說到：「現在汽車的品質成長非常令人感動，如同HYUNDAI所推出高品質與高性能的新車Santa Fe一樣，HYUNDAI正透過各樣的努力提升已售車種的轉售價值。」
HYUNDAI從2006年以來品牌價值排名就不斷提升，自2010年以來首次有中型房車評價開始，Avante(New Elantra)就獲得第一名，直到今年已經是第三年。並且HYUNDAI在今年是首次同時有三個車種得到已售車種的最保值車款優秀獎，足見HYUNDAI的表現令人激賞。
