重金打造只求完美，HYUNDAI紐柏林測試中心8月完工

對於各大車廠及車迷來說，位於德國的紐柏林賽道不只是性能賽車疾速奔馳爭奪金盃的賽場同時也是車迷心中的朝聖之地，其中的Nurburgring Norschleife的北賽道更是擁有綠色地獄的威名，但是仍不乏許多經典的性能車款在此完美出閘締造多項紀錄，也因為Nurburgring Norschleife的北賽道的經典地位，許多車廠也選擇在這個地方進行新車的測試，甚至是在此地建立性能車款測試中心，讓旗下更多性能車款能夠無後顧之憂的盡情奔馳，也能夠讓研發團隊有更佳充足的時間進行測試及修正，而日前韓國的汽車龍頭品牌HYUNDAI今年一月宣布在紐柏林成立測試中心，官方也在最近宣布即將啟用的好消息。

這個斥資550萬歐元（約合台幣2.14億）重金打造的測試中心預計在今年8月完工，外觀充滿前衛的藝術美學設計，將會由新建汽車研究部門、測試部門、辦公行政區及VIP接待會館等四棟主要建築組成，而獨特的挑高玻璃窗搭配金屬質感建材，讓測試中心更顯氣派，也更加凸顯HYUNDAI對於全球車市的積極搶攻。

其實之所以將性能測試中心建在紐柏林，除了是因為紐柏林賽道進行汽車測試上擁有經典的位置外，主要原因在於2012年銷往歐洲區的汽車中有將近95%（440,000輛）都由歐洲的生產中心進行設計、研發及製造，包含，為了提供i30、ix35及i40等人氣車款。為了提供歐洲的車主有更好的駕駛體驗以及改良車輛行駛的平穩舒適，HYUNDAI的歐洲區營運執行長Allan Rushforth就表示：「高品質一只是HYUNDAI的核心價值與堅持，這是建立客戶滿意的關鍵，新的測試中心的投資，將有望大大提升品牌在歐洲的兢爭與形象，我們能夠運用我們所學到的並透過不斷測試來達到最佳目的，紐柏林將會是HYUNDAI品牌汽車最棒的試金石」。

雖然位於綠色地獄的新的測試中心要等到8月份才會正式完工，不過HYUNDAI已經迫不及待將新車放到跑道上好好測試一番，預估將會在新的測試中心完成加速、轉向、懸掛和操控特性等系統來做全面的評估與實驗，並將實戰經驗投入新車的製造與改良，屆時這個全新的測試中心將會有對未來HYUNDAI的車款達到多大的效益，車迷們正在期待。
