古有云：因地制宜，是指根據不同環境的實際情況制定相應的妥善辦法，車廠也會針對不同國家與需求進行車輛的調校工作，讓行車更為輕鬆且安全。就如為了因應英國當地丘陵、平原、低地、山脈等多元地形，英國HYUNDAI便針對每一款在當地上市的車款進行底盤調校與測試工作。
其實每一款新車在上市之前，都已經經過原廠與各國官方的測試過程，在行駛安全、車輛安全、引擎耗能等面向均有一定的水準與穩定表現，但是如果透過原廠進一步針對各國的不同路況進行調校，雖然更為費功費時，但是受惠的絕對會是消費者。
英國HYUNDAI從2010年底在當地上市的ix20便開始這項「因地制宜」的底盤調校與測試工程，即將於今年陸續在當地上市的i40與Veloster同樣也會經過此工程之洗禮。
更重要的是，英國是HYUNDAI在歐洲的第二大市場，今年一至六月份累積銷售HYUNDAI車款6.5萬輛，相較於2008年同期的2.8萬輛，銷售成長達到近兩倍之多，如此正面訊息相信對於刺激銷售會有所助益。
