現代汽車（Hyundai）旗下的純電動休旅Ioniq 5可謂名利雙車，不但拿下許多的大獎，全球銷售更是亮眼。而原廠也沒有忘記為性能車迷打造Ioniq 5的N性能版，它也是品牌首款高性能電動車，品牌今日公布Ioniq 5 N最新預告圖，是在德國紐柏林北方賽道測試的官方照，顯示車子已進入最後階段的測試期。事實上，所有N性能品牌車款上市前都會在紐柏林進行測試與調校。該車款更多細節將在未來幾天內公佈，隨後將於 7 月 13 日在英國Goodwood速度嘉年華的車展中全球首發。

Ioniq 5 N的宣傳期有夠長，從2022年至今。Ioniq 5 N前進紐柏林北環賽道，加掛了後雨刷機，並在北環賽道完成10000公里的耐久測試。目前則正在以相同距離，進行全油門加速的性能評估。現代的工程師安裝了更大的 400 mm煞車碟和 N e-Shift換檔裝置，以模仿配備汽柴油動力的 N 車型中的八速雙離合自動變速箱。

Ioniq 5 N 有八個內部揚聲器和兩個外部揚聲器，是用來搭配 N Active Sound +主動式聲浪系統，可創造三種不同的聲音主題，包括：Ignition（點火）、Evolution（進化）和 Supersonic（超音速）。第一個聲音主題是復製傳統內燃機動力的N性能車的渦輪增壓 2.0 升汽油引擎的聲浪，充滿了排氣回壓的砰砰聲。Evolution 則是借鏡 N 2025 年式Vision Gran Turismo Concept 和RN22e的電子聲響，而 Supersonic 是模擬戰鬥機的音爆。

官方釋出的預告顯示， Ioniq 5 N 車速達到 155 英里/小時（250 公里/小時），在完成紐柏林最後一圈試跑之後，它的電池流有變得太熱，數位儀表顯示最高溫度為攝氏42度。測試車手最後決定再跑一圈，北環賽道單圈是20.8 公里。
