繼南陽現代汽車的Elantra與Matrix國產化並獲得市場熱烈的迴響後，三陽工業將進一步以國內小型車市場為目標，引進現代汽車小型車的最新力作─ Getz。
『 Getz』的誕生，起源於HYUNDAI車廠“為車輛創造務實的價值”及“世界車”的理念，歷經42個月的精心擘劃，最後在2002年的日內瓦車展上耀眼登場。身為現代汽車最新一代的小型世界車代表，Getz並沒有辜負眾人的期望，甫上市即贏得歐美市場人士及媒體一致的推崇，今年更榮獲“What Car?”雜誌評選為2003年“Best Budget Car of The Year”，成為市場上最超值的小車。
在規格方面，原廠共有3D、5D兩種車身形式，搭配1.1L、1.3L、1.5L及1.6L之新一代高效率汽油引擎，另有配備高壓共軌系統之1.5L之新式柴油引擎可供選擇。而在三陽工業的規劃當中，初期將導入以1.3L五門款式為主，售價將與目前國產之1.3L同級車相當。
憑藉著洗鍊大方的歐風外型，以及超越同級車的車室空間，加上高質感的豐富內涵，Getz將成為各界的矚目與期待。
