底特律車展新車-2006 HYUNDAI Sonata美規式樣亮相！

儘管國內已經沒有引進這款HYUNDAI當家的中大型房車在台銷售，但對於現代自動車Sonata始終是相當重要的中堅產品，不過最新換代產品在去年巴黎車展上正式舉行全球首演之後，日前也在美國汽車城底特律的COBO展覽中心的2005底特律北美國際車展，正式推出將以2006年式身份在今年夏季末開始販售的全新美規車系！
看到全新換代的Sonata，應該會有不少人有似曾相識的感覺，車身線條可以說是國產Elantra歐規版的放大款，不過在車尾線條方面，則有著美規七代雅哥的濃厚身影，而更為厚實的車身線條與車頭造型，整體也更加的歐化，也點明未來現代傳統房車家族的設計走向！
在車室內裝部份，原廠初期提供了米色木紋與歐系房車常見的黑灰色系兩種配置，多功能液晶螢幕/音響系統主機，則上移到中控台的頂端，有助於駕駛人行車中使用與視線的便利性，而可以像高級房車般不用時完全緊閉的空調出風口下的中控台下半段，搭配階梯狀的排檔座設計，整體視覺感受與小改款前的S-Class十分相似，也讓人感受到原廠想要跳脫從前過於平實，更兼具操作便利性與視覺質感的設計；而達到2730mm的超長軸距，也讓全新換代Sonata擁有與北美對手Camry、Accord相當的寬廣車室空間，放大後的車身長度也達到與E-Class相當的四米八左右，另外全新世代Sonata車系的行李空間更達到523公升的超級大肚量，也在同級車中數一數二！
動力系統方面，美規車系將不供應歐規入門車型的2.0 升引擎，銷售主力將擺在2.4升（165hp）與頂級的3.3升V6汽油動力系統，頂級車款的全新3.3升V6引擎導入了可變汽門等系統，也讓233hp的最大馬力則為233hp/6000rpm，峰值扭力30.9kgm/3500rpm，搭配全新的五速手自排0-100km/h為7.8秒，安全極速為228km/h，另外美規入門車款搭載的2.4升引擎，具備了最大馬力161hp/5800rpm，與峰值扭力22.3kgm/4250rpm的輸出表現，其中手排0-100km/h起步加速僅需8.9秒，安全極速為209km/h，四速手自排0-100km/h為10.4秒，安全極速為201km/h。
