誓言打倒Accord跟Camry！HYUNDAI Sonata好大的口氣！

去年底與今年初，分別在歐美國際車展中大舉曝光的新一代HYUNDAI Sonata，已經成為這家韓國最大車廠的全球戰略車款！
在北美市場，原廠預計這輛新世代中大型房車，將以撂倒當地的銷售冠亞軍本田Accord與豐田Camry為目標！
由於這一代的全新美規Sonata，已經在位於美國阿拉巴馬州的現代生產線投產，以國產車的身份將使得Sonata可以在當地擺脫進口車受到匯差的影響，去年舊款Sonata在全美賣出107189輛，今年希望能夠提升到15萬輛，假設真能達到，雖然不見得會大幅影響Accord與Camry，不過日產Altima與Maxima車系的銷售量必定將下挫！
全新世代的美規版Sonata，比起舊款車在尺碼上有明顯的提升，車室容積更已經達到美國EPA的大型車標準，
全新車系頂級車款搭載的3.3升動力系統，也將在動力輸出贏過對手，而且前雙A臂後多連桿的懸吊系統，也讓Sonata的動態表現與日系對手至少平起平坐。
根據原廠的經驗，舊款四缸引擎的入門車佔去全新Sonata全車系四分之三的銷售量，不過在全新世代車系上，原廠希望搭載V6新引擎的3.3升車款，能夠提升銷售比例達到全車系的六成！
全新世代的HYUNDAI Sonata車系，入門車款的建議售價僅需18495美元，雖然比起舊款漲了1451美元，但是包括動態車身穩定裝置、循跡控制系統、定速系統、包括側邊氣簾在內的六具氣囊、頂級CD音響、全車防夾四門電動窗、16吋原廠鋁圈、Keyless晶片鑰匙（國產車僅有Teana配置！）與防盜系統均為標準配備，所以新車系的C/P值反而更高。
搭載3.3升V6引擎的車款，在美國的建議售價僅由21495美元起跳，這樣的售價其實已經侵蝕到對手的四缸引擎車款。
在亞洲，HYUNDAI Sonata在韓國本土上市後，馬上成為該級距的銷售冠軍。
在台灣，今年總代理男陽實業將引進其歐規柴油車款，並且將成為市場上最便宜的進口柴油中大型房車。
在中國，北京現代將於今年秋季導入投產，而今年第一季，北京現代光是憑Elantra與舊款Sonata，就拿下全中國單一品牌的佔有率第一名，所以可以預期新世代Sonata在北京城與中國汽車市場造成的效應！
