    國產柴油先鋒戰將─HYUNDAI Tucson VGTurbo(2)

柴油引擎在台灣已經開始掀起風潮,而HYUNDAI也在眾多國產中,搶下頭香,推出國產首輛柴油休旅車─Tucson VGTurbo!

Tucson VGTurbo搭載了一具全新的2.0升CODi柴油引擎,具備共軌直噴與VGTurbo(Vaariable Geometry Turbocharger)可變幾何渦輪增壓系統,可輸出136hp/4000rpm最大馬力,與媲美3.0升汽油引擎的31.1/2000rpm最大扭力,並搭配四速手自排系統。

其中共軌直噴系統已受到目前柴油引擎的普遍使用,是讓當今柴油引擎更為環保的主要功臣;至於VGTurbo(Vaariable Geometry Turbocharger)可變幾何渦輪增壓系統則是最新運用的科技,在渦輪本體內導入可調整式導流葉片,可依行駛狀況,改變葉片角度,可以有效解決渦輪遲滯的現象。

在實際駕馭中,柴油引擎低轉速高扭力的特性,對於台灣的用車環境極為受用,即使車重達1.7噸,不過在高扭力的驅動下,無論是起步或是再加速,都較汽油車型輕鬆自在,若是急起步重踩油門,驅動輪甚至會因打滑發出尖銳的聲響,低速扭力之強勁可見一斑。

在經過半天的試駕,Tucson VGTurbo的動力設定,可以完全涵蓋99%的用車需求,剩下的1%是那無謂的高速追求;在操駕感受上,Tucson車系的懸吊設定相較於其他對手,較為硬調些許,不過不致於犧牲掉舒適性,如此的設定也減少了車輛於過彎的側傾,不僅讓乘客較有安全感,也讓過彎的穩定性更好,不過依照Tucson VGTurbo定位,與主要購買族群,操控這個部份並不是他們所著重的要點。

此外,導入全新渦輪科技的柴油引擎,最重要的是,帶來優異的油耗表現與高經濟性,且大幅提升了Tucson VGTurbo的C/P值,根據原廠表示,Tucson VGTurbo平均油耗可達14公里,高速油耗更可有20公里的表現,省油、好開不就是大部份消費者購車時所注重的!
