    2009北美改裝車展搶先報:以力借力,HYUNDAI Genesis Coupe 2.0T R-Spec新入門首演!

在2009年 SEMA北美改裝車展中,除了許多改裝廠會以HYUNDAI北美正紅的Genesis coupe為基礎推出改裝車型之外,日前HYUNDAI北美也計畫利用其他改裝廠的氣焰來助燃一輛即將首度登入北美HYUNDAI展間的入門等級新車,也就是全新Genesis Coupe 2.0T R-Spec;以更為競技化的目標調整配備,將以23,750美元(約合新台幣77.1萬元)在北美上市,而對於北美各大改裝廠而言,這輛Genesis Coupe 2.0T R-Spec就像一張百紙一樣擁有相當潛力的改裝空間。

2.0T R-Spec的售價比標準版入門車型2.0T僅僅提高1750美元,不過〝R-Spec〞所代表的意義便是賽道規格加上精簡化的配備,包含競賽規格的懸吊系統、BEMBO煞車系統、TOESEN限滑差速器、19吋青銅質感鋁圈,再加上HYUNDAI原廠調校的2.0L渦輪增壓引擎能夠提供210hp最大馬力,Genesis Coupe 2.0T R-Spec極速可達220km/h。

而HYUNDAI為了達到賽道車型所要求的輕量化,便在內裝部分將多處為舒適度而設置的規格移除,像是藍牙系統、巡航控制系統、行車電腦、鍍鉻裝飾與多功能方向盤等皆改列為選配,總價值大約3000美金,車主可以在改裝市場中依照自己的需求增減;而2.0T R-Spec列為標配的則室友皮革方向盤與皮革排檔桿、六支喇叭環繞音響之外,還有三種車色Karussell白、Bathurst黑與Tsukuba紅。
