2011芝加哥車展搶先報：進軍WRC？HYUNDAI Veloster越野賽道版將全球首演

HYUNDAI Veloster越野賽道版

在2011年底特律車展進行首演的HYUNDAI全新雙門小跑車Veloster，被視為TOYOTA集團旗下主攻北美年輕客群SCION品牌，同樣屬於雙門轎跑身份tC之全新勁敵。

HYUNDAI Veloster市售版

雖然在市售車市場的表現仍然有待時間來觀察，不過HYUNDAI已經確定將會推出以Veloster為基礎所開發的全新越野賽車，於幾天後將會開幕的2011年芝加哥車展進行全球首演。
Veloster越野賽車身披顯眼的Red Bull塗裝，不過確切的賽車規格與參加何種越野賽事仍然不得而知，不過極可能會參與紐澤西州境內Motorsports Park賽道，舉辦的Rallycross賽事，參加WRC越野賽事的可能性也不是沒有。
Veloster市售版動力其一源自1.6缸內直噴渦輪增壓汽油引擎，可輸出最大馬力138hp，搭配六速手排或全新六速雙離合器自手排變速系統，油耗表現達到17.2km/L，更導入全新BlueLink車用多媒體系統等高級配備，結合極其年輕動感設計與訴求，吸引消費者。
