2011年SEMA車展搶先報：兇猛三門小鋼砲，HYUNDAI、ARK聯手打造拉力風Veloster

時間進入10月，這也代表每年SEMA改裝車展的腳步已經漸漸接近了，而這陣子氣勢一直頗旺的HYUNDAI更是率先以Veloster開出第一槍；而這次HYUNDAI找來了ARK Performance聯手合作，讓原本就已經相當具有鋼砲性格的Veloster，性能氣息又更上一層樓。
就目前所掌握的設計圖來看，HYUNDAI與ARK Performance以灰色為車身基調，並在各處佐以螢光綠來點綴，營造出一種年輕活力的性能風格，此外本車也搭載了寬體化套件，包括前保桿的造型改變並加裝前下擾流，而外擴的前後輪拱搭配上碳纖維車身側裙也使得車側顯條更為搶眼，車尾除了加裝不可或缺的大型擾流尾翼之外，更重塑後保桿造型並加裝分流器，同時排氣尾管的配置改為雙邊雙出，性能血統可說是無庸置疑。
另外，在搭載中冷器與高流量排氣系統並對雙渦流渦輪增壓系統重新調校的加持之下，其最大馬力由原先的138hp大幅上調72hp來到210hp的水準，並且為之換上六活塞前煞車與避震懸吊系統；再加上車內的鍍鉻八點式防滾籠，與其外表相得益彰，流露出一股濃厚的拉力賽車風格。，而在ARK Performance的巧手之下，這輛Veloster勢必會成為SEMA車展的焦點之一。
而提到Veloster，就不能不再次提醒讀者們，這款運用這種隱藏式不對稱車門概念設計鋼砲車款在今年的台北車展中也會登場，同時預計於2012年第三季左右開始在台販售。
