北美HYUNDAI三喜臨門…三款大車榮獲策略視野肯定！

根據北美策略視野品質調查（Strategic Vision's Total Quality Index）最新一季度的報告結果，HYUNDAI又有三輛在北美汽車市場販售的新車，獲得這項調查報告中的頂尖評等，這也是 HYUNDAI首度在三個不同級距獲得該報告的最高分數，這項報告主要是以新車表現與車主滿意度為主，顯見HYUNDAI這三款大車在北美市場已經全面獲得車主的高度肯定！

根據策略視野調查單位的最新車主滿意度與新車表現調查報告結果顯示，HYUNDAI旗下的Azera大型房車，以及首度在當地發售的全尺碼家用休旅車款Entourage，還有全尺碼七人座LSUV越野車款 Santa Fe，三款車在新車表現與車主滿意度的調查結果中拔得頭籌，其中Entourage所拿下的頂級評等與競爭對手包括NISSAN Quest及雙生車款KIA Sedona（也就是台灣引進的Carnival北美版本！）分數相當，三款車都是全尺碼家用休旅車級距中得分最高的新車。
根據這家位於加州聖地牙哥的策略視野調查單位的執行長Darrel Edwards博士表示，他們對於這項結果也相當驚訝，沒想到HYUNDAI可以一口氣在三個不同的大車級距中分別獲得最高分數，其中Santa Fe打敗了競爭對手TOYOTA FJ Cruiser與JEEP Wrangler Unlimited，此外大型房車 Azera的表現也超越對手像是 FORD Taurus與TOYOTA Avalon等等。
這項策略視野調查單位公布的最新一季度新車滿意度與車輛表現調查，總共調查超過2.7萬輛新車的車主，交車時間介於去年9月至11月，而且共分為19個市場級距，此外也藉由訪談的方式，瞭解整個新車購買的經驗與流程，並且也連同經銷商及保修體系的服務效率與態度進行瞭解。
