2014 SEMA改裝車展搶先報：大馬力為最高速求，HYUNDAI再釋出Genesis AR550細節

相較焦點在10月份的法國巴黎車展，其實11月美國Las Vegas所舉辦的SEMA改裝車展可看性也不容小覷，且各車廠更早以磨拳擦掌嚴陣以待。繼日前HYUNDAI表明要在2014 SEMA改裝車展上發表馬力高達708hp重度改裝的Sonata後，現在則是又釋出另外一輛作品，且還是朝向大型豪華房車Genesis而來。

HYUNDAI說到這輛與美國Ark Performance改裝廠合作打造而來的高性能豪華房車Genesis AR550，將會在2014年11月4日早上9：00對外發表，而現在就先只能從兩張模擬照以及部分細節來做初步介紹。外觀方面Genesis AR550採Ark Performance自身打造的空力套件，換上了全新設計的前（後）保桿以及專屬寬體套件，讓Genesis一改過往斯文的扮相。

為了讓所有人一看見Genesis AR550就留下深刻印象，Ark Performance不惜大量採用碳纖維版件在前下擾流、側裙、後下分流器以及後行李廂蓋等處。懸吊方面也換上Airrex air系統以及加裝前、後防傾桿，並換上義大利知名Brembo煞車系統來增添些許氣勢。而就光從外表來看Ark Performance確實下足改裝功夫於Genesis AR550上。

動力方面，Ark Performance打算以Genesis上的5.0L V8汽油引擎加以進化，導入Rotrex機械增壓系統並修改進、排氣系統、ECU行車電腦後能夠一舉提升130hp最大馬力。讓原本Genesis 5.0 V8的420hp最大馬力增長到550hp，而相信這也是Genesis AR550車名的由來。最後Genesis AR550的真面目將在2014 SEMA改裝車展上亮相。
