在南陽HYUNDAI汽車繼日前推出「雙低專案」、及「30分鐘快速保養服務」、以最經濟實惠（低頭款$4999元或低月付$4999元）售價等銷售策略下，根據今（2003）年2月國內進口車銷售統計數字中，南陽HYUNDAI 汽車以277台，榮登國內的進口汽車銷售第二名。同時MATRIX更繼去年12月之後，再度奪得單一進口車銷售冠軍車款。
在台灣汽車市場甫渡過去年車壇龍頭割喉之戰後，每年農曆春節冷淡的車市又吹起一股涼颼颼的寒意，影響所及，造成2月單月僅達16,138台，較同期大幅衰退14.53%。不過在進口車市場方面，現代汽車首度進入進口車前三大，二月份銷售量277台，高出歐系知名品牌VW（242台）、BENZ（263台）、BMW（211台）。
由三陽工業所代理的現代汽車，去年三陽在結束與本田汽車的合作關係，開始代理在全球汽車市場中排名第七大車廠的現代汽車，南陽實業則負銷售及售後服務，南陽實業憑藉在車界中多年的銷售經驗與完整的服務體系，重新建立國人對現代汽車的印象。
